⚙️ First-time Setup Required
To get started, you need a free NewsAPI.org API key (100 requests/day free). Then go to the Settings tab and enter your API key, Kindle email address, and the sender email you'll approve in your Amazon account.

Server Cron Setup
For automatic delivery, add a cron job on your server that calls the URL below every hour. The server checks which users are due and sends automatically.

📧 Email Delivery Method
Recommended: Use SendGrid — free (100 emails/day).
Sign up at sendgrid.com,
go to Settings → API Keys → Create API Key (Full Access), paste it below.
GoDaddy SMTP alternative: host smtpout.secureserver.net,
port 465 with your GoDaddy email.
Gmail SMTP won't work on GoDaddy — GoDaddy blocks external SMTP ports.
📰 Article Settings
When enabled, the newspaper visits each article URL to extract the full body text (not just the headline/snippet). Adds ~5–20 seconds to fetch/send time. Works on most news sites; may be blocked by some paywalled sites. Up to 3 articles per hashtag are enriched.
📱 Kindle Delivery
Find your Kindle email at Amazon → Devices → Your Kindle (e.g. yourname@kindle.com). Then add your SMTP username to your Amazon Approved Personal Document Email list.
